This villa consits of four bedrooms ( Two Master Suites) private screened pool. This villa accomodates up to eight guests.
The home offers two master Queen suites one with TV both with ensuite bathroom, both have tub with over head shower, vanity sink and toilet.
The 3rd bedroom has a full bed and the 4th bedroom is a twin room which share the thrid bathroom, that consists of a tub,over head shower, vanity sink, toilet.
The lounge is comfortable and includes TV, DVD Player, CD Player.
The screened pool and the large sunbathing area gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy your time away from the parks, or sit under the covered lanai.
NO SMOKING – No smoking inside, any guest found in violation at any time will be asked to leave. All monies for reservation will be forfeited. If found after your departure, your entire security deposit will be charged.
NO PETS/ANIMALS – Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and will forfeit the damage deposit taken and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OR RENT.
SELF CATERING HOME – NO RECYCLING IN SUB DIVISION
Full laundry area with washer and dryer.
All linens and towels are provided for your use.
