The master suite has a king bed with large en-suite bathroom, separate corner tub, separate walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed which shares the second bathroom with the third a DISNEY TWIN with Play Station BEDROOM, fantastic for the children.
The well equipped spacious kitchen with all modern appliances overlooks the formal dining area and very comfortable lounge with TV, DVD player and DVD Stereo. Patio doors leading out to covered lanai and very large extended south facing sun deck with private pool and conservation view providing privacy at the rear.
This home comes fully equipped to a very high standard.
Full laundry area with washer and dryer. All linens and towels are provided for your use.
NO SMOKING – No smoking inside, any guest found in violation at any time will be asked to leave. All monies for reservation will be forfeited. If found after your departure, your entire security deposit will be charged.
NO PETS/ANIMALS – Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and will forfeit the damage deposit taken and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OR RENT.
SELF CATERING HOME – NO RECYCLING IN SUB DIVISION
Bookings subject to availability and a $150.00 security deposit is required to reserve this house.
