 NO PETS/ANIMALS - Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at
anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as
breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and will forfeit the
damage deposit taken and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OR RENT.
