The villa sleeps 10 people in comfort and is fully air-conditioned and has
spacious living accommodation. 
The great room is light and airy with a vaulted ceiling, it has ample seating,  Plasma TV , DVD, VCR, Playstation and Wifi Internet access FREE. 
The patio doors open to the covered lanai which has outside dining
table /loungers and opens out on to pool area with child safety fence.
The first master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom comprising
of separate shower and corner tub and double vanity sinks and wc, the second
master also has a king bed with ensuite bathroom comprising of shower/tub
and vanity sink and wc.
Both bedrooms have own private door leading to pool area. The third bedroom is  a queen  with the third bathroom next to it with tub/overhead shower, vanity sink and wc. 
The 4th and 5th bedroom are twin rooms which  with the fourth bathroom centrally positioned serves both bedrooms .
All bedrooms have TV's.
The open plan kitchen has all the major appliances needed,, and comes fully
equiped for a quick meal or dinner party. It has a kitchen table in the nook as well
as a separate dining area .
In the garage this has been coverted into a games room with Pool table, Air
hockey, Foosball table and darts.

While smoking is permitted on patios.  It is NOT peritted inside our villas.  We take special care to ensure each home is SMOKE-FREE.  For this reason an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $ 250.00 will be assessed IF at the end of your stay, it has been determined that smoking
has occurred inside your home.  Thank you for adhering to this policy for the benefit and enjoyment of those owners and guests that will be staying in the unit following
your visit with us.

 NO PETS/ANIMALS - Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the
home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be
deemed as breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and will forfeit the damage deposit taken and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OR RENT.
