This beautiful well furnished one story large 5 bed/ 4 bath home is where everyone would love to stay Tiled in dinning area/hallway and kitchen. Carpet in family room and all bedrooms.
This home is just 3.5 miles from Disney and within easy reach of all the major attractions
The villa sleeps 10 people in comfort and is fully air-conditioned and has spacious living accommodation.
The great room is light and airy with a vaulted ceiling
The living room has a 46 inch full HD flat screen TV with a Blue-ray player and home theatre sound system. The cable TV system includes over 250 channels as well as over 40 music channels and FREE, high speed wireless internet access.
The french doors open to the covered lanai which has outside dining table /loungers and opens out on to pool area with child safety fence.
The first master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom comprising of separate shower and corner tub and double vanity sinks and wc, the second master also has a king bed with ensuite bathroom comprising of shower/tub and vanity sink and wc.
Both bedrooms have own private door leading to pool area. Both these rooms have 22inch flat TV.
The third bedroom is a queen with the third bathroom next to it with tub/overhead shower, vanity sink and wc.
The 4th and 5th bedroom are twin rooms which with the fourth bathroom centrally positioned serves both bedrooms . One of the twin rooms being the Disney room has 22inch TV with xbox.
The open plan kitchen has all the major appliances needed,, and comes fully equiped for a quick meal or dinner party. It has a kitchen table in the nook as well as a separate dining area .
In the garage this has been coverted into a games room with Pool table, Air hockey, Foosball table and darts.

We take special care to ensure each home is SMOKE-FREE. For this reason an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $ 250.00 will be assessed IF at the end of your stay, it has been determined that smoking has occurred inside your home. Thank you for adhering to this policy for the benefit and enjoyment of those owners and guests that will be staying in the unit following your visit with us.
NO PETS/ANIMALS - Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and will forfeit the damage deposit taken and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OR RENT.
