This 4 bed 3.5 bath FANTASTIC LUXURY CORNER TOWN HOUSE WITH TWO MASTER SUITES is situated in a gated community.
First master suite is located on the ground floor which has a queen bed, large en-suite bathroom with corner tub, walk in shower, twin vanity sinks and wc. and TV.
The second master is located upstairs also a queen bed with en-suite with walk in shower, vanity sink and wc and TV. This bedroom also has a lovely balcony with double doors. Great to sit out and watch the local wildlife.
The third and forth bedrooms are twin rooms which are also located upstairs they share the third bathroom which has bath tub with over head shower, vanity sink and wc one twin has TV the other does not.
The half bath which has a wc and vanity sink is located down stairs next to the lounge area.
The well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances overlooks the formal dining area and lounge with, cable TV, Internet access/ playstation.
Off the dining area are the patio doors which leads into a tiled private screened lanai south facing sunbathing area.
The Town House comes fully equipped to a very high standard.
Full laundry area with washer and dryer. All linens and towels (NO WASH CLOTHS) are provided for your use.

NO PETS/ANIMALS - Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and will forfeit the damage deposit taken and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OR RENT.
