The main King Master bedroom is located on the upper floor and has its own balcony overlooking the pool and lake, whilst the other is on the ground floor which has twin queen beds with ensuite and leads directly onto the pool deck. Both Masters have TV. Each bathroom provides twin vanity sinks, bath tuband large shower cubicle and wc.

The other two bedrooms are both on the upper floor, furnished with twin single beds.

On the ground floor, the family room overlooks the pool, providing a relaxing view to enjoy. This room has a TV & DVD and provides direct access onto pool area through the large sliding patio doors.

The family room has a typical high Floridian Vaulted Ceiling to provide a light and airy atmosphere.

The kitchen looks directly onto the family room.

Leading off from the kitchen is a breakfast nook with dining table and seating.

From the other end of the kitchen there is a formal dining area and separate quite lounge providing more relaxation further away from the TV and pool.

The utility room leading off the family room housing the washer and dryer. This opens into the childrens room which is equipped with PC Internet access and 10 in 1 multigame ( air hockey, fussball etc) as well as a playstation 2 and numerous books and games . Also adjoining the utility room is the 1/2 bathroom.

All linens and towels ( NO WASH CLOTHS) are provided for your use.

NO SMOKING - Elite Property is proud to offer a smoke-free environment. While smoking is permitted on patios. It is NOT peritted inside our villas. We take special care to ensure each home is SMOKE-FREE. For this reason an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $ 250.00 will be assessed IF at the end of your stay, it has been determined that smoking has occurred inside your home. Thank you for adhering to this policy for the benefit and enjoyment of those owners and guests that will be staying in the unit following your visit with us.

NO PETS/ANIMALS - Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and will forfeit the damage deposit taken and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OR RENT.
