WOW this is truley a first class executive two storey 7 bed 4.5 bath pool/spa home with games room.
This home is located in a gated community and just 10-15 mins from Disney and other attractions.
As you enter this home you are in the formal dining area which leads to the family room with TV, DVD and Stereo, sliding doors lead out onto an oversized deck/pool spa area with an extended lanai area with a child safety fence and comfortable furniture.
The well equipped kitchen has all modern appliances with a breakfast table and chairs. On the ground floor you have one of the King Master bedrooms with, en-suite bathroom with corner tub, separate walk in shower cubicle , wc and twin vanity sinks.
On the second floor you have the other 2 King Master bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and over head shower, wc and vanity sink.
The 4th bedroom is a Queen bed, also located on the second floor.
The 3 Twin bedrooms are also located on the second floor share the two other bathrooms which have a bath tub, over head shower , wc and vanity sink.
All bedrooms have TV AND DVD Player.
The garage has been converted into a Games Room which includes a Slate bed Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Foosball, Dart Board and four tennisrackets.
The 1/2 bath is situated by the Games Room and Full Laundry Room with washer & dryer, iron and ironing board.

This Resort is set in the midst of a conservation area less than 4 miles from Disney. It is a gated community. The 4000 square foot Clubhouse has something for everyone including a first-class hot sauna, fitness center, cyber cafe with high speed internet access, Game room, lounge area, community swimming pool and hot tub.
The community pool consists of a large heated pool and hot tub with a pool side Tiki hut bar available for your convenience. As a guest, you will have free use of the loungers and large deck area. This is a first class resort.
They also have Wi Fi which again there is a charge per day your lap top is required charges are also at the club house.
