This spacious home, offers 1.780 square feet of living space.

At one end of the house overlooking the pool is the large Master suite featuring a King sized bed, large walk in closet and TV the adjoining Master bathroom has a large corner bath, twin vanities, shower cubicle with separate toilet. One of the two twin bedded rooms is also located at this end of the house.

At the front end of the house is a Queen bedroom and the second of the twin bedrooms. These two bedrooms share the second full bathroom which has bath / shower, vanity and toilet.

In the center of the house is the large well equipped kitchen featuring comfortable breakfast area with table and 4 chairs. The kitchen with all modern appliances all pots, pans, table wear and silver wear.

This leads to the second dining area the formal dining room with table and 6 chairs. The dining room is located next to the comfortable lounge area with feature archway with TV, Phillips Home Theatre system and Play station 2.

The lounge overlooks the covered Lanai area which is ideal for outdoor dining. The beautiful pool area with a fantastic Lake view is perfect for watching the local wild life.

We take special care to ensure each home is SMOKE-FREE. For this reason an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $ 250.00 will be assessed IF at the end of your stay, it has been determined that smoking has occurred inside your home. Thank you for adhering to this policy for the benefit and enjoyment of those owners and guests that will be staying in the unit following your visit with us.

NO PETS/ANIMALS - Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and will forfeit the damage deposit taken and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OR RENT.
