The large central kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with all modern appliances all dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans. There is an adjoining laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and board.

Beyond the central kitchen is the spacious lounge area with TV VCR/DVD and which leads out onto the south facing pool and spa, deck area with covered lanai with comfortable table chairs for outdoor dining with open view at the rear.
