This beautiful villa has 4 bedrooms two being master suits. The first master has a king bed with ensuite bathroom which has corner tub, walk in shower, his and her sinks and wc. There is also a door from the bathroom that leads to pool area.

The second master has a queen bed with en-suite which has tub/over head shower, vanity sink and wc. The third and forth bedrooms are twin rooms which share the third bathroom being tub/over head shower, sink and wc.

All bedrooms have TV's.

It is newly tiled through dining area and great room, bedrooms all have carpet.

As you enter home you have the spacious dining area followed by the family room with DVD player, playstation and music box.

Full fitted kitchen with nook with table and chairs also a door access that leads to pool area.

All updated appliances and not forgetting the washer and dryer.

For those lazy days around the villa why not enjoy yourself and have a game of air hockey or foosball situated in the garage.

This central Florida location offers a great base to explore Gulf and Atlantic coastal attractions (Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center etc), within an hour drive. The Orlando area offers a wide variety of golfing, fishing and many other recreations.

NO SMOKING - Elite Property is proud to offer a smoke-free environment. While smoking is permitted on patios. It is NOT peritted inside our villas. We take special care toensure each home is SMOKE-FREE. For this reason an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $ 250.00 will be assessed IF at the end of your stay, it has been determined that smoking has occurred inside your home. NO PETS/ANIMALS - Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and will forfeit the damage deposit taken and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OR RENT
