A beautiful well furnished one story very large 5 bed/ 4 bath with a conservation view and privacy fence.
This home is just 3.5 miles from Disney and within easy reach of all the major attractions.
The villa sleeps 10 in comfort and is fully air-conditioned and has spacious living accommodation.
The great room is light and airy with a vaulted ceiling and three large skylights, has ample seating, a large TV , a DVD/VCR,CD Stereo and ceiling fans. The patio doors open out onto the lanai and pool area. Child saftey fence on pool deck.
The first master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom comprising of separate shower and corner tub and double vanity sinks, and wc. The second master also has a King bed with ensuite bathroom comprising of shower/tub, vanity sink and wc. Both bedrooms have own TV's and telephone and own private door leading to pool area.
Twins in the 3rd/4th and 5th bedroom all with own TV's and play station 2. The second bathroom is next to one of the twins which has tub/over head shower, vanity sink and wc and the fourth bathroom which also has tub/over head shower, vanity sink and wc is centrally positioned between the other two twin bedrooms which serves boths rooms.
The kitchen is fitted with all major appliances and fully equiped for a quick meal or dinner party. It has table and chairs in the nook as well as separate dining area with large table and chairs.
The pool has a spa and is fully screened and looks out over a conservation area. It has a large lania area offering shelter from the sun and is equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs. Lighting is provided for those late night swims.

We take special care to ensure each home is SMOKE-FREE. For this reason an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $ 250.00 will be assessed IF at the end of your stay, it has been determined that smoking has occurred inside your home. Thank you for adhering to this policy for the benefit and enjoyment of those owners and guests that will be staying in the unit following your visit with us.
NO PETS/ANIMALS - Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and will forfeit the damage deposit taken and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OR RENT.
