A beautiful well furnished two story very large 5 bed/ 4 bath with a south facing pool with total privacy fence.
This home is within easy reach of all the major attractions as well as a 24hr Wal-Mart which is only minutes away.
The villa sleeps 10 people in comfort and is fully air-conditioned with spacious living accommodation.
The great room is fully tiled. It has a large TV with built in DVD player . There is also a CD Stereo player.
The patio doors open out onto the lanai and pool area.
The first master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom comprising of separate walk in shower, corner tub, double vanity sinks, wc. The second master is a queen bed with ensuite bathroom comprising of separate walk in shower, corner tub, double vanity sinks, wc. Both bedrooms have TV's and own private patio doors leading to pool area.
The third bedroom has a queen bed which shares the third bathroom which comprises of tub over head shower, vanity sink and wc. down stairs with the other twin room, the twin room has a TV. The fifth bedroom is upstairs which has two twin beds and bunk beds also with own ensuite which has bath tub with over head shower, vanity sink and wc. This bedroom has TV as well as a playstation 2.
The kitchen is fitted with all major appliances and fully equipped .There is a kitchen table in the nook as well as a dining table near family room.
The pool has a jacuzzi and is fully screened and is totally private with fence all around. It also has a large lania area offering shelter from the sun loungers, table and chairs.
The garage has been converted into a games room which has foosball, air hockey and pool table. It also has an A/C free standing unit for your comfort while playing.

Thank you for adhering to this policy for the benefit and enjoyment of those owners and guests that will be staying in the unit following your visit with us.
NO PETS/ANIMALS - Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and will forfeit the damage deposit taken and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OR RENT.
