This home comprises of 4 bedrooms one being a King Master with TV, en- suite bathroom comprising of corner tub, walk in shower, two vanity sinks and wc.

The second bedroom being a queen bed and the third and fourth are twin rooms. These bedrooms share the second bathroom which has tub/over head shower and wc. These bedrooms do not have any TV's.

The large family room with TV, DVD player leads out to the covered lanai and pool with privacy fence.There is a separate dining area off the family room.

Full fitted kitchen with nook with table and chairs.

All linens and towels (NO WASH CLOTHS) are provided for your use.

NO SMOKING - Elite Property is proud to offer a smoke-free environment. While smoking is permitted on patios. It is NOT peritted inside our villas. We take special care to ensure each home is SMOKE-FREE. For this reason an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $ 250.00 will be assessed IF at the end of your stay, it has been determined that smoking has occurred inside your home. NO PETS/ANIMALS - Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and will forfeit the damage deposit taken and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OR RENT.
