The elegant master suite has a king size pillow top bed, TV, with spacious master bathroom with corner tub, shower cubicle, twin vanities and wc.
Located at the opposite end of the house is the queen bedroom and twin bedroom, these bedrooms share the second bathroom which has tub with overhead shower, vanity sink and wc.
The spacious kitchen with breakfast area is fully equipped with all modern appliancies. Games room in the garage. Full laundry area with washer and dryer. All linens and towels ( NO WASH CLOTHS) are provided for your use.

NO SMOKING - Elite Property is proud to offer a smoke-free environment. While smoking is permitted on patios. It is NOT peritted inside our villas. We take special care to ensure each home is SMOKE-FREE. For this reason an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $ 250.00 will be assessed IF at the end of your stay, it has been determined that smoking has occurred inside your home. Thank you for adhering to this policy for the benefit and enjoyment of those owners and guests that will be staying in the unit following your visit with us.
NO PETS/ANIMALS - Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and will forfeit the damage deposit taken and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OR RENT.
