The door to the pool area is situated at the side by the kitchen table. This leads to the covered lanai. This home comes equipped with the child safety fencing for the pool deck.

The master king suite with ensuite bathroom comprising of walk in shower, vanity sink and corner tub and WC. Plasma TV also in bedroom.

The second master is a queen and has a bathroom right next door and this has tub, overhead shower, vanity sink and WC. Plasma TV also in bedroom.

The third and fourth bedrooms are twin rooms one being Mickey Mouse bedroom with TV and the other being Walli also with TV and the playstation.
