This villa comprises of 4 bedrooms one being a master queen bed with en-suite bathroom comprising of corner tub, walk in shower, his and her sinks and wc. In this bathroom there is a door which gives you access to the pool area.

The second bedroom also has a queen bed.

The third and forth bedrooms have twin beds, these bedrooms share the second bathroom which has bath tub/ overhead shower, vanity sink and wc.

All bedrooms have TV's.

The dining area is off to one side and there is extra seating from the kitchen table and chairs.

Full fitted kitchen with nook with table and chairs.

The patio door leads out to the very large pool deck area and covered lanai complete with pool furniture.

All linens and towels (NO WASH CLOTHS) are provided for you use.

We take special care to ensure each home is SMOKE-FREE. For this reason an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $ 250.00 will be assessed IF at the end of your stay, it has been determined that smoking has occurred inside your home. NO PETS/ANIMALS - Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and will forfeit the damage deposit taken and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OR RENT.
